Apple Thyme Martini
Ice • 10 ounces vodka • 6 ounces apple juice • 1/4 cup thyme syrup • 1 large apple, peeled • 4 fresh thyme sprigs
Chill the martini glasses. Fill the shaker with ice. Combine the vodka, apple juice, and thyme syrup in a martini shaker. Shake for about 10 seconds. Divide between the 4 chilled martini glasses. Use the melon baller to scoop out small balls of apple. Place 3 balls of apple and 1 sprig of thyme in each glass for garnish. Serve immediately.
Ball and Chain Martini
Ice • 2 oz berry-flavored vodka • 1 oz orange liqueur • 1 splash lime juice • Fresh blueberries
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add berry vodka, orange liqueur, and a splash of lime juice. Shake. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
Batini Black
2 ounces vodka • 1/2 ounce blue curacao • 10 fresh blackberries • Splash simple syrup • Splash grapefruit juice • splash Champagne • Blackberry and bat-shaped mint, for garnish
Add vodka, blue curacao, blackberries, simple syrup and grapefruit juice to a martini shaker and shake vigorously until the drink turns a deep purple. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with a splash of champagne. Garnish with a blackberry and a bat-shaped mint.
Blackberry Cosmopolitan
2 oz vodka • 1 oz triple sec • 1 oz lime juice • 1 oz blackberry liqueur • 4 oz cranberry juice • lime twist
Blu-tini
1.5 oz blueberry-flavored vodka • 1.5 oz vanilla-flavored vodka • Splash Blue Curacao • Fresh or frozen blueberries, for garnish
Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients except berries and shake well. Pour into martini glass and garnish with blueberries.
Cape Cod Slushie
1 quart cranberry juice • 1 cup vodka • 1/4 cup simple syrup • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Pour cranberry juice into 3 ice cube trays, place in the freezer and freezer until firm.
Place vodka, simple syrup and lime juice in a blender and blend until combined. Fill the blender with cranberry ice cubes and blend until a thick slushy consistency forms. Pour into frozen mugs and serve with a straw.
Carrot Honey Thyme
simple syrup: 3/4 cup honey • 1 cup water • 5 sprigs fresh thyme
cocktail: 2 oz. vodka • 1" fresh ginger, peeled & diced • 2 oz. carrot juice • 0.5 oz lemon juice • 1.5 oz. honey thyme simple syrup
Muddle the ginger and vodka, add remaining ingredients with ice, shake well and strain into a glass.
Citrus Fall Mule
3/4 oz fresh lime juice • 3/4 oz cinnamon syrup • 2 oz apple cider • 2 heaping bar spoons of apple butter • 2 oz green apple vodka
cinnamon syrup: 2 c sugar • 1 c water • 3 cinnamon sticks
Citrus Martini
1/2 cup orange juice • 1/2 cup pink grapefruit juice • 1/4 cup lemon juice • 1/4 cup lime juice • 1 cup vodka • Extra lemon juice • Granulated sugar • Fresh mint sprigs
Combine the orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and vodka in a pitcher. Dip the rim of 6 martini glasses first in a dish with lemon juice and then a dish with sugar. Set aside to dry.
When ready to serve, place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, add the cocktail mixture to fill the shaker 3/4 full, and shake for 30 seconds. It's important to shake for a full 30 seconds to get the drink very cold and dilute it slightly with the ice. Pour into the sugared martini glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Continue filling the shaker with ice and cocktail mixture until all the drinks are poured. Serve ice cold.
Cranberry Spiced Martini

3 cups cranberry juice cocktail • 3 cups water • 1 ½ cups vodka, divided • 1 cup granulated sugar • 12 whole cloves • 4 cinnamon sticks • 1 star anise pod • orange juice • Fresh cranberries • Red sanding sugar
In a large saucepan combine the water, cranberry juice cocktail, sugar, cinnamon sticks, star anise and whole cloves; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the spices and cool completely. This may be made up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated, which is perfect since it can get nice and cold.
Dip the rim of your glasses in some extra cranberry juice and then in red sanding sugar for a decorative touch. Put cranberries on festive toothpicks and freeze for garnish. In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, add 1/2 cup of spiced-cranberry simple syrup, 1/4 cup vodka and a splash of orange juice. Shake and strain into martini glasses and garnish with frozen cranberry skewers.
Dragon Tales
5 bites size pieces of Dragon Fruit • 1.5oz Green Apple vodka • 0.75oz Watermelon Liqueur • 0.5oz Simple • 0.5oz lime juice • couple of dashes of Strega • splash of soda water
Electric Lemonade
1.5 oz vodka • 0.5 oz blue curaçao • 2 oz sweet and sour mix • 2 oz lemon lime soda
Put everything but the sprite in a shaker with ice, shake well, pour in a fancy glass, top with soda. Garnish with a lemon slice of you have it.
French Martini
2 cups fresh pineapple juice • 2 1/2 cups vodka • 1/4 cup Vermouth • 2 tsp Chambord
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Pour the cocktail into chilled martini glasses.
Gingerbread Martini
2oz vodka • 1oz gingerbread syrup • 1oz lime juice • fresh mint
Muddle the mint and syrup, add the vodka and lime juice, then shake well. Pour into a martini glass rimmed with winter honey and swedish sugar and top with ginger beer
Gingerbread syrup: 1/2 c brown sugar • 1/2 c water • 1 tbsp molasses • 1/2 tsp ground ginger • 1/2 tsp cinnamon....make it all a simple syrup and cool
Goat Cheese Fig Martini
2oz goat cheese vodka • 0.5oz sweet vermouth • 4 dashes cinnamon bitters • and I topped with diet sprite because I don't like straight martinis.
The day before, put 5 oz of goat cheese in cheese cloth and slowly strain 12oz vodka through the goat cheese/cheese cloth.
Lavender Mint
2oz vodka • 1.5oz lavender simple syrup • 0.5oz lemon juice • mintPut all in a shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a glass with ice and some more mintLavender Simple Syrup: 1c sugar and 1c water, heat until sugar dissolves. Pour into a container and add 1 tbsp culinary lavender. Chill and then strain out solids.
Lemon Drop Martini

2 oz vodka • 1.5 oz lemon juice • 3/4 oz simple syrup • 3/4 oz triple sec
Lychee Martini
2oz vodka • 1oz lychee liquor • 1tbsp triple sec • 1oz lychee simple syrup
Lychee Simple Syrup: 1/4c sugar and 1/4c water, heat until sugar dissolves. Blend a can of lychee (including liquid) (reserving 2 lychee for garnish) zest and juice from a lemon and the simple syrup. Strain out solids and chill.
Matcha Martini
2oz matcha vodka • 1oz coconut liqueur • schmeer of pistachio cream on the glass and top with diet sprite
Orange Crush
1.5 oz orange vodka • 1.5 oz triple sec • juice from one orange • top with lemon lime soda
Passion Fruit Mango Martini
1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks, reserve some for garnish • 1 cup passion fruit nectar • 1 lime, juiced • 4 shots vodka
In a blender puree the mango, passion fruit nectar and lime juice until smooth. Strain through a mesh strain and set aside.
Passion Fruit Martini
Ice • 1 shot citrus vodka • 1 shot white cranberry juice • 1 shot passion fruit juice • 1/2 shot Cointreau • 1 tablespoon cherry juice
Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with star fruit or orange slice.
Pear Martini
1 shot vanilla-flavored vodka • 1/2 shot pear brandy • 1 shot pear nectar • Champagne
In a shaker filled with ice, add vodka, brandy, and pear nectar. Shake and strain into martini glass. Top with Champagne and serve.
Pineapple Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 parts Vodka • 1/3 part Triple sec • 1/3 part Lime Juice • 1 dash simple syrup • 1 or 2 bruised mint leaves • 2/3 part Pineapple Juice
Pink-tini
2 tbsp pink sugar • 4 oz vanilla-flavored vodka • 1 cup cranberry juice • 1 grapefruit, juiced • Ice • Grapefruit slices, for garnish
Place the sugar in a small shallow dish. Coat the rims of chilled martini glasses with water. Dip the rims in the sugar and set aside. Combine vanilla vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice into a large pitcher filled with ice and stir well. Pour into the glasses and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Pomegranate Sex on the Beach
1 oz vodka • 3/4 oz peach schnapps • Pomegranate juice • Pineapple juice
Add vodka, schnapps, and fill the rest of the glass with equal parts pomegranate and pineapple juice. Serve on the rocks.
Pumpkin Martini
2oz vodka • 1oz half n half • 1oz clove simple syrup • 2tbsp pumpkin puree • 3 dashes of Scrappy's cardamom bitters • 1/8tsp vanilla extract • dash of cinnamon
Put all in a shaker with ice. Shake well, double strain into a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Raspberry Cheesecake Martini
1.5 oz vanilla vodka • 1 oz Chambord • 1 oz heavy cream
Raspberry Citrus Martini
2 oz. Vodka • 1/2 oz. Chambord • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice • 2 tsp. Sugar • Lemon Slice
Moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a little lemon juice and dip in 1/2 of the sugar to frost. Mix vodka and remaining lemon juice and sugar in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into the cocktail glass. Float the chambord on top. Drop in a fresh raspberry or two to garnish.
Royal Blush
1 teaspoon cherry purée (note: recipe below makes 3/4 cup) • 1.5 ounces vodka • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice • 1/2 ounce simple syrup • 5 fresh mint leaves • 1 cup ice cubes • 2 ounces dry sparkling wine, chilled
To Make Cherry Purée:
In a bowl, purée frozen cherries or all-fruit spread with water. In general: 1 cup of frozen cherries (6 ounces) puréed with 2 tablespoons of water makes approximately 3/4 cup purée. To make purée using all-fruit spread, combine 3/4 cup spread with 3/4 cup water. Any extra can be used to make smoothies or sauce for ice cream.
To Make Cocktail:
Transfer purée to chilled martini glass. In chilled cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Tear mint leaves in half and add to shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Slowly strain into martini glass without disturbing purée, then top with sparkling wine and serve.
Ruby Red Cocktail
1.5 oz vodka • 1/2 oz aperol • 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur • 3/4 oz ruby red grapefruit juice • 3/4 oz lemon juice • egg white
Put it all in a shaker with ice, shake the bejeezums out of it, pour in a chilled coupe.
Ruby Red Grapefruit Margarita
1 wedge Ruby Red grapefruit • Coarse kosher salt • 6 ounces tequila • 1/3 cup Ruby Red vodka • 1/4 cup simple syrup • 1 cup Ruby Red grapefruit juice • 1/4 freshly squeezed lime juice • 4 cups ice cubes • 2 crosswise slices Ruby Red grapefruit, cut into quarters
Use the wedge of grapefruit to rub the rims of 6 margarita glasses with grapefruit juice. Dip the rims in the kosher salt to coat. Set aside as you prepare the margaritas.
Place the tequila, vodka, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, lime juice and ice in a bar blender and puree until smooth. Divide the margarita between 6 glasses and garnish with the grapefruit quarters.
Startini
2 oz vodka •
2 oz pomegranate liqueur •
Champagne • sugar for rim
Pour vodka and pomegranate juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with sugar and top with a splash of chilled champagne
Toyko Tea
2 cups ice cubes • 3 cups lemon/lime soda • 2 limes, cut into wedges, plus slices for garnish • 1/4 cup melon liqueur (recommended: Midori) • 1/4 cup vodka • 1/4 cup rum • 1/4 cup gin • 1/4 cup Triple Sec
Add to a pitcher or 1 large "fish" bowl, ice, lemon/lime soda, limes, melon liqueur, vodka, rum, gin and Triple Sec. Stir to combine. Pour drink over ice into chilled soda glasses and garnish with a slice of lime.
