Furikake Chex Mix

 


4c each rice & corn Chex • 7oz bugles • 7oz pretzels • 1 lb rough chopped almonds (or peanuts...no need chop these) 

Mix all together in a large deli aluminum pan


3/4c each butter, sugar, corn syrup, canola oil 

Heat over medium until butter is melted and sugar dissolved


2tbsp each shoyu, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha 

Add to butter mix and whisk and then pour over dry ingredients mixing thoroughly to cover every bit.


2oz nori gomi furikake

Pour all over everything at the first stirring and combine thoroughly.


Preheat oven to 250°. Bake in 15min intervals stirring well each time to distribute the sauce. Mix is done when there's no more liquid on the bottom of the pan and mix doesn't look wet, it'll be a little tacky and glossy but not wet.


This makes approx 60oz of mix...25 scant 1c gift bags. Charge $1/oz
