Ingredients3 lb ground pork

Directions
- Combine the salt with the pineapple juice; stir well to dissolve and then mix in well with the meat.
- Sprinkle sugar, paprika, garlic and anise over the meat; pour in the shoyu and hot sauce and mix well.
- Refrigerate 12 hours to develop flavors in the meat.
- Shape into links or patties and cook.
