1 lb. margarine (room temperature) (not butter)
1 lb. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat cream cheese and margarine together in a bowl with a mixer. 1 lb. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Slowly add in all powdered sugar.
Once all of the sugar is in the bowl mix for at least an additional 12 minutes.
When almost done, add in the extracts.
