Ingredients
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp molasses
1" piece ginger, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp roasted peanut oil
Directions
Seafood: 15 minutes-1 hour
Chicken: 1-6 hours
Beef, lamb, and pork: 4-24 hours
Vegetables, cheese, and tofu: 30 minutes

Directions
- Put meat in an air-tight container (a freezer bag works well) and whisk marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Add marinade to meat.
- Place bag on a plate and place plate on the lowest shelf in the refrigerator; turning occasionally.
- For even more flavor, after removing meat, bring marinade to a boil, then use as a basting or dipping sauce.
