Shoyu Lemongrass Glaze

Ingredients
1/2 cup of rice vinegar
1/2 cup of cider vinegar
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 tsp lemongrass chopped
1/2 tsp of lemon rind grated
1 tbsp Aloha Shoyu
1 tbsp Honey
3 drops chili sauce
2 pinches of Li Hing powder
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in sauce pot.
  2. Bring to a boil. Then drop to a simmer.
  3. Reduce until 1/2 cup of liquid remains.
