Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce

Ingredients
1 stalk lemon grass
1 fresh red chili, seeded and minced
2 tsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp fish sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Remove tough outer layers and green parts of the lemon grass.
  2. Mince tender base stalk.
  3. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Cover and chill. Keeps for 3 days.
