Ingredients
2/3 c fat free sour cream
1/2 c water
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp pepper
4 (6 oz) bone-in center cut pork chops trimmed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 c chopped onion
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1/2 c whiskey
Directions
2/3 c fat free sour cream

Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Combine first six ingredients in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
- Add pork, sauté 5 minutes on each side or until golden.
- Remove pork from pan. Add onion and mushrooms to pan, sauté 3 minutes.
- Carefully add whiskey to pan, cook 1 minute or until liquid almost evaporates.
- Stir sour cream mixture into pan. Return pork to pan, spoon sauce over pan.
- Wrap handle of skillet in foil. Cover and bake at 300 for 1 hour.
