Whiskey Pork Chops

Ingredients
2/3 c fat free sour cream
1/2 c water
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp pepper

4 (6 oz) bone-in center cut pork chops trimmed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 c chopped onion
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1/2 c whiskey

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.

  2. Combine first six ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.

  4. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.

  5. Add pork, sauté 5 minutes on each side or until golden.

  6. Remove pork from pan. Add onion and mushrooms to pan, sauté 3 minutes.

  7. Carefully add whiskey to pan, cook 1 minute or until liquid almost evaporates.

  8. Stir sour cream mixture into pan. Return pork to pan, spoon sauce over pan.

  9. Wrap handle of skillet in foil. Cover and bake at 300 for 1 hour.
