Beef Stew


2 tbsp oil
1.5 lb stew beef
Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic)
2 medium carrots, bite size
1 large onion, bite size
5 small red potatoes, bite size
Water
1 can peas
1 can corn
30 oz tomato sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Cornstarch, dissolved in water

Heat oil in stew pot on medium heat


Add stew beef and seasoning to taste, cook for 10 minutes. Add onions, season again, and cook for 5 more minutes.


Add carrots and potatoes. Add enough water to cover it all.


Turn heat up to medium high and cook for 20 minutes until the veggies are tender.


Add tomato sauce, corn, peas, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until hot (5 min).


Add cornstarch until desired consistency is reached.
