1 lb unsalted butter, room temp
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
20 oz flour, sifted
1 tsp salt
3 bags of Earl Grey tea, I used Twinnings Bold
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream together the butter and powdered sugar.
Add the flour, salt and tea leaves. Mix until it all comes together in a soft dough.
Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface until the dough is 1/4" thick.
Cut out cookies in either circles or squares and bake for 15 min.
