Apple Tart-tini




1.5 oz white rum 1.5 oz apple brandy1.5 oz sweet and sour mix0.25 oz grenadineapple slice, for garnish

    In a shaker filled with ice combine all ingredients, except apple and stir. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with apple.

    Brazilian Martini




    1 lime, sliced2 oz rum1 1/2 oz pomegranate juice2 tsp sugar

    Muddle a few slices of lime and place in a cocktail shaker. Add rum, pomegranate juice, sugar, and ice, and shake about 10 times. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime slice.

    Dragonberry Mango



    2 oz. Dragonberry rum • 1/2 oz. lime juice1/3 can mango dragon fruit boba • frozen mango chunks (let a couple thaw to muddle)

    Muddle a few chunks of mango and rum in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice and ice and shake about 10 times. Pour into a cocktail glass, add some frozen mango and top with mango dragonfruit bubble soda, stir gently.

    Haupia

    I took a 2" square of the leftover haupia, shook the heck out of it with 2oz rum, 1oz coconut liqueur, 2oz pineapple juice and a nub of fresh ginger then topped with a little diet sprite...a creamy Pina colada of sorts.

    Italicus



    1 oz rum • 1.5 oz sake • 1 oz orange Curacao • 1 oz italicus • 3 drops 20% saline solution

    Stir all together in a mixing glass with ice and some coffee beans, and strain into a glass.

    Jack Frost


    1.5oz rum • 1.5oz blue curacao • 1.5oz cream of coconut • 3oz pineapple juice
    Rim glass with sweetened coconut. Shake everything well with ice and pour into a glass.

    Jarritos Mango


    0.5 oz lime juice1 oz overproof rum0.75 oz aperoltop with your preferred flavor of Jarritos • rim glass with Tajin

    Pineapple Basil


    2oz rum • 1.5oz basil simple syrup • 3oz pineapple puree • 0.5oz lime juice • top with club soda

    Shark Attack

    2 cups ice cubes1/4 cup lemon slices1/4 cup pineapple chunks1/4 cup tequila1/4 cup Triple Sec1/2 cup orange juice1/4 cup pineapple juice1/4 cup Bacardi 151Splash grenadine1/4 cup maraschino cherries, plus more for garnish

    In a pitcher, add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if using. Pour into rocks glasses, garnish with maraschino cherries and serve.

    Toyko Tea


    2 cups ice cubes3 cups lemon/lime soda2 limes, cut into wedges, plus slices for garnish1/4 cup melon liqueur (recommended: Midori)1/4 cup vodka1/4 cup rum1/4 cup gin1/4 cup Triple Sec

    Add to a pitcher or 1 large "fish" bowl, ice, lemon/lime soda, limes, melon liqueur, vodka, rum, gin and Triple Sec. Stir to combine. Pour drink over ice into chilled soda glasses and garnish with a slice of lime.
