Apple Tart-tini
1.5 oz white rum • 1.5 oz apple brandy • 1.5 oz sweet and sour mix • 0.25 oz grenadine • apple slice, for garnish
In a shaker filled with ice combine all ingredients, except apple and stir. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with apple.
Brazilian Martini
1 lime, sliced • 2 oz rum • 1 1/2 oz pomegranate juice • 2 tsp sugar
Muddle a few slices of lime and place in a cocktail shaker. Add rum, pomegranate juice, sugar, and ice, and shake about 10 times. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime slice.
Dragonberry Mango
2 oz. Dragonberry rum • 1/2 oz. lime juice • 1/3 can mango dragon fruit boba • frozen mango chunks (let a couple thaw to muddle)
Muddle a few chunks of mango and rum in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice and ice and shake about 10 times. Pour into a cocktail glass, add some frozen mango and top with mango dragonfruit bubble soda, stir gently.
Haupia
I took a 2" square of the leftover haupia, shook the heck out of it with 2oz rum, 1oz coconut liqueur, 2oz pineapple juice and a nub of fresh ginger then topped with a little diet sprite...a creamy Pina colada of sorts.Italicus
Stir all together in a mixing glass with ice and some coffee beans, and strain into a glass.
Jack Frost
1.5oz rum • 1.5oz blue curacao • 1.5oz cream of coconut • 3oz pineapple juice
Rim glass with sweetened coconut. Shake everything well with ice and pour into a glass.

2 cups ice cubes • 1/4 cup lemon slices • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks • 1/4 cup tequila • 1/4 cup Triple Sec • 1/2 cup orange juice • 1/4 cup pineapple juice • 1/4 cup Bacardi 151 • Splash grenadine • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, plus more for garnish
In a pitcher, add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if using. Pour into rocks glasses, garnish with maraschino cherries and serve.
Toyko Tea
2 cups ice cubes • 3 cups lemon/lime soda • 2 limes, cut into wedges, plus slices for garnish • 1/4 cup melon liqueur (recommended: Midori) • 1/4 cup vodka • 1/4 cup rum • 1/4 cup gin • 1/4 cup Triple Sec
Add to a pitcher or 1 large "fish" bowl, ice, lemon/lime soda, limes, melon liqueur, vodka, rum, gin and Triple Sec. Stir to combine. Pour drink over ice into chilled soda glasses and garnish with a slice of lime.
