Makes ~30 cookies
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
5 ounces (10 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened at room temp
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup high-quality white chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cranberries

Directions
- Preheat to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter and both sugars until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture and oats and stir until just combined.
- Stir in both chocolates and the cranberries.
- Drop batter by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake cookies until edges are light brown about 16 minutes.
- Cool on sheets 5 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool completely.
