Gon Lo Mein



12 oz ready to eat chow mein noodles
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil

Carrots, onion, bean sprouts, snow peas, shitake mushrooms

Char sui pork (make sure to get this marinating 4 hours before you start cooking) - see recipe



Place noodles in a 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle noodles with 1/4 cup of the oyster sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil; heat in oven at 250 F for 10 minutes. Set aside

Cook the char sui pork. When done, set aside.

Add oil to wok. Over med-high heat saute veggies from thick to thin

Season with salt and pepper, even a little garlic powder if you like. Toss the veggies on top of the noodles.

Toss the char sui pork on top of the veggies and mix all together.
