Makes 3 dozen
Ingredients
3/4 lb won bok, blanched
1/2 lb ground pork
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sherry
1 tbsp shoyu
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
12 oz wonton skins
2 tbsp salad oil
1/2 cup water for steaming

Directions
- Chop won bok very fine; squeeze and drain.
- Combine filling ingredients and mix well.
- Put 1 tbsp of filling in center of each wrapper. Dampen edges slighly and fold in half and seal edges.
- Heat oil in skillet, arrange dumplings and cook on medium heat until bottoms are brown.
- Pour in water, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until water evaporates.
