Apple Cider Margarita

2 oz tequila • 1.5 oz apple cider • 3/4 oz lime juice • 3/4 oz agave syrup • dash cinnamon

Blackberry Margarita


2 oz tequila • 1/2 oz orange juice • 1/2 oz lime juice • 1/3 oz triple sec • squirt of honey • 4 oz blackberries

Combine all in a blender and enjoy

Colletti Royale



0.5oz each Lime juice, elderflower liquor, blood orange juice, triple sec • 1.5oz reposado tequila
Shake all with ice, pour into a glass and top with sparkling rosé

Devil's Margarita



1.5oz tequila • 3/4oz lime juice • 3/4oz simple syrup • red wine float

Hibiscus Margarita


2oz tequila • 1/2oz lime juice • 1.5oz hibiscus syrup • top with La Croix Hibiscus sparkling water

Italicus Margarita


2oz Italicus • 2oz tequila • 0.5oz lime juice • 3 dashes Orange bitters

Li Hing Margarita



2oz kapena tequila • 1oz coconut liqueur • 4oz pineapple juice • 0.5oz lime juice • 0.5oz li hing simple syrup
Put all in a shaker with ice shake well and pour into a glass rimmed with a salt and li hing powder mix.

Mexican Sunset


2/3 oz watermelon syrup
• 5 oz pineapple juice • 1/3 oz lime juice • 2 oz tequila

put all in a shaker with ice and shake well.

Paloma


Kosher saltIce2 oz blanco tequila6 oz grapefruit soda, preferably Izze brand1/2 oz lime juice

Rim a Collins glass with salt and fill with ice. Fill the glass with ice and add the tequila and lime juice. Top it off with grapefruit soda.

Pineapple Aperol Margarita


2 oz tequila • 1 oz Aperol • 0.75 oz triple sec • 0.5 oz lime juice • 2 oz pineapple juice
shake well with ice, strain into glass

Pink Cadillac


2 oz tequila • 1 oz triple sec • 2 oz sour mix • 1 oz cranberry juice

Pour all into a shaker with ice and mix well.

Pomegranate Margarita


2 tablespoons lime juice, (about 2 limes), plus lime wedges, for garnish1/2 cup white tequila1/4 cup Triple Sec1/2 cup pomegranate juice1/2 cup Habanero Simple Syrup or to taste, recipe followsIce

Pour lime juice, tequila, Triple Sec, pomegranate juice and Habanero Simple Syrup into a small pitcher filled with ice and stir well. Pour into ice filled glasses and garnish with lime wedges

1 cup sugar1 cup water1 habanero chile

Place sugar and water in a small saucepan and stir to combine. Poke holes in the habanero and add to the saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until sugar is completely dissolved and syrup is slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to use. 

Ruby Red Margarita



1 wedge Ruby Red grapefruitCoarse kosher salt1.5 ounces tequila1 oz Ruby Red vodka0.5 simple syrup3 oz Ruby Red grapefruit juice0.5 oz lime juice • 0.5 oz Triple Sec

    Moisten the rim of your glass with the grapefruit wedge and rim with kosher salt.

    Place everything else in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy.

    Ruby Red Tequila Sour





    2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice2 oz tequila1 oz fresh lemon juice1 oz agave/simple syrup1 egg white

      Combine all in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into a coupe and enjoy.

      Shark Attack

      2 cups ice cubes1/4 cup lemon slices1/4 cup pineapple chunks1/4 cup tequila1/4 cup Triple Sec1/2 cup orange juice1/4 cup pineapple juice1/4 cup Bacardi 151Splash grenadine1/4 cup maraschino cherries, plus more for garnish

      In a pitcher, add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if using. Pour into rocks glasses, garnish with maraschino cherries and serve.

      Spiced Pomegranate Agave

      recipe from boozy bungalow

      48 oz pomegranate juice • 8 cinnamon sticks • 4 star anise • 1 tbsp whole cloves • 3/4 cup agave syrup  (makes 3.5 cups)

      Add the pomegranate juice to a medium pot over high heat. When it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low add the cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves. Let it simmer until it reduces by half (about 90 minutes). Add the agave syrup, stir well, let it simmer for another 30 minutes. Turn off the heat & let it cool for about an hour before straining. Store it in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

      1.5 oz Mean Mule Silver American Agave Spirit • 1 oz spiced pomegranate syrup • 1/2 oz orange liqueur

      Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with a handful of ice. Stir and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with star anise and/or a fresh sprig of rosemary.

      To wake up both the color and scent of the rosemary, run it under warm water for 10-15 seconds.

      Strawberry Mint Margarita


      3 oz mezcal • 1 oz aperol • 1.5 oz strawberry mint simple syrup • 1 oz lime juice

      Tequila Cream Sour


      2oz tequila • 1oz Cointreau • 1oz Vanilla Chai Tequila Cream• 3/4oz lemon juice • egg white • dropper of scrappys black lemon bitters

      Shake all together dry first for 20 sec then add ice and shake for another 12 sec.
