Made a delicious gin soaked cranberry and orange zest rustic bread. If I make it again, I think candied orange peel would be a good addition.
3 cups flour • ½ tsp. active dry yeast • 2 tsp. salt • 1½ cups water • zest of 2 oranges • ¾ cup gin soaked and well drained dried cranberries • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
