Ingredients
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper strips
2 (2-ounce) sandwich rolls
3/4 cup thinly sliced Apricot-Glazed Pork Roast (about 4 ounces)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well; set aside.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 6 minutes or until tender.
- Spread barbecue sauce over cut sides of rolls. Divide onion mixture and pork evenly between roll bottoms; top with roll tops.
- Wrap sandwiches tightly in foil; bake for 15 minutes.
